At SoundOnYoga we bring together juicy beats and groovy flows. With our state-of-the-art silent disco headphones, you hear every cue clearly, along with the smooth, soulful rhythm that carries you through each flow.
 

We practice outside whenever we can. Think sunshine on your skin, soft grass under your feet, or a wide open beach with nothing but fresh air around you. Our classes are gentle, playful, and accessible.
