Each guest gets a pair of wireless silent disco headphones and flows through a session designed to be fun, feel-good and a little bit groovy. We adapt the energy to your group, whether you want something chill and restorative or upbeat and playful.

Anywhere. We regularly host hen party yoga sessions in Gent, on the Belgian coast (Wenduine and beyond), and across Belgium. If you have a venue in mind, we'll come to it. If you need suggestions, we have plenty.
